Sometimes it's difficult to find out something as simple as what products are available for sale in what state. Often, different groups manage different components of the product. Usually some functions of product management are automated while others are not.

ADMServer provides a central-browser-based tool to allow all of the critical components of your products to be managed in a central location, insuring that your sales force have the correct information to help clients shop for and purchase your products. The ADMServer Product Profile Administrator (PPA) Module is a component of the full ADMServer System designed specifically to store information on Life or Annuity Products. The PPA module is a browser-based application that allows a product analyst to load and maintain all of your product information, termed a Product Profile by NAVA and ACORD, in one central location for management and distribution.

Simply enter the product information into the Administrator, and easily manage and update all of the information about your products from riders to sub-accounts, to commissions and effective dates. You'll have all your product information and rules in one easily accessible and re-useable database. You can use the database for product queries, to validate inbound electronic applications or even to power rules for an order entry system. In fact, product information is distributed in the NAVA /ACORD Product Profile XML Format

In addition to storing and translating the data ADMServer PPA Administrator can send your product information in a valid ACORD Product Profile message to anyone using the powerful feed management system (FMS). The FMS allows you to easily configure ADMServer to manage and automate communications with data repositories or directly to agents, carriers, fund managers, vendors, or other business partners.

As with all ADMServer System services, Blue Frog Solutions regularly maintains the System to the most current ACORD specifications, so you don't have to. With ADMServer you can authoritatively say that you can send and receive ACORD PPA files to or from any vendor, distributor, or partner.
