Carriers simply push data from various systems to the ADMServer Pending Case Module. Data feeds can be received in nearly any format. The ADMServer then stores the data in a specialized database, linking all of the information from the disparate systems together. The carrier then sets preferences in ADMServer on when to distribute the information and synchronize the data with the external management system. This can be done every hour or every minute depending upon the carrier.

What's more, the ADMServer can be used to store and transfer data among disparate internal systems. Suppose a carrier acquires another business that uses an entirely different administration system. ADMServer can maintain a repository of the data and be designed to synchronize that data with internal as well as external systems.
