What Is It?

The New Business Administrator is an ADMServer application developed by Blue Frog Solutions to address business-to-business messaging for new business applications for life and annuity insurance. In addition to the ACORD New Business for Annuity (NBfA) and New Business for Life (NBfL) messages, the solution supports a number of proprietary electronic applications including NSCC APP/SUB format, Raymond James PCA format, and others. The ADMServer New Business Administrator Module provides Carriers out-of-the-box support for all popular formats and can easily support any custom or proprietary format. All inbound formats are converted to the Carrier's preferred single format for in-house processing eliminating the need for the back office to interact with multiple formats.

As illustrated above, the ADMServer New Business Administrator is installed on-site at the Carrier, and acts as a universal translator for new business messages. This means that if you already support the NSCC APP message, but need support for Smith Barney and ACORD, we simply install the system as a translator. ADMServer receives the Smith Barney electronic application format and outputs an NSCC APP message to your back office, allowing you to support new messages without any additional work.

The ADMServer New Business administrator frees your internal technical staff to focus on development of business rules, and other necessary programming tasks instead of constant maintenance. With ADMServer, Blue Frog maintains all standard and proprietary formats as they change.
